My dog has been dead for over 25 years. Last night she visited me as she has once in a while over the years. When this happens I can physically feel her jump onto my bed.and lie down next to me. She lies down next to me and I can hear her take a deep breath and sort of sigh. I talk to her and “pet” her and when I wake up (outside of my dream) she is gone. It has been many years between “visits” – this time it’s been at least 15 years, which coincides with the number of years I’ve lived here
